LPC552x LPC55S2x Device ID register

Hi, 

What are the Device_ID of LPC5526, LPC5528, LPC55S26 and LPC55S28?
In the reference manual -  UM11126 in section 4.5.88 I see Device_ID only for lpc55S6x.

LPC55S28	LPC55S26	LPC5528	LPC5526
0xA010119C	0xA010229A	0xA010111C	0xA010221A
