LPC55 flash wear characteristics

I must be blind, but I cannot find any hints about flash wear/erase cycles for LPC55S69. I would like to store something to flash while operational and I would like to know how many times I can write to one address without problems.

I recommend you check this information in DS

     

For example, erase time for one page is 2ms typically.

minimal page erase/program cycle is 10000 times.

Hi Jun Zhang,

for the ambient condition T = -40°C - +85°C, I read 100000 number of erase/program cycles. Seems a single "0" has wrapped to a new line in the table. 

What do you make of that entry?
