I 'v already finished Configure LPC4370 in USB device mode, which is :
Completed the basic USB stack configuration and descriptor settings; and set it to Mass Storage Class (MSC). In this way, as then LPC4370 will be recognized as a storage device.
The above part is compiled without any errors.
But once I tried to import the compiled project into the LPC-link 2 board connected to the computer, this error kept appearing:
Unable to connect wire for probe index 1.
Error: Wire Ack Fault - target connected?
This error prevented me from importing the compiled code into the LPC4370 board, preventing me from proceeding to the next step.

I'v connected with two board now,the right one is the issue board, it's always flashing one it powered. I opened a existing test project, just configured the project no additional code with it. it showa it can't find any probes when i try to debug it.

Of the two boards, the left one is debugger, the right one is target board.
There is connection issue with your boards. Please connect as below:
