LPC4337 UART0 IS HANGING WHEN CONNECTING WITH FTDI TTL232R

We are using LPC4337 controller in one of our project. UART0 i am using for configuration over by connectiong FTDI TTL232R to PC. Sometimes it is working sometimes the controller is hanging. What is the problem?.

The UART hanging issue is very typical and it can be caused by hardware or software design.

So I was wondering if you can describe the flow which triggers the issue happen definitely, then it can help me to figure out the root cause of the issue.
