LPC4088 pendrive support

Hello. I am implementing USB Host functionality on the LPC4088 for pendrive support. The code works correctly on the LPC QuickStart board, but fails to enumerate devices on our custom hardware.
Specifically, `USB_Host_SendControlRequest()` returns `HOST_SENDCONTROL_PipeError` instead of `HOST_SENDCONTROL_Successful` during enumeration. I suspect the issue lies within `HcdControlTransfer()`, possibly related to pipe configuration, but I have been unable to identify the root cause.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Since the same firmware works on the LPC4088 QuickStart board, the issue is likely hardware-related rather than in HcdControlTransfer() itself. I would recommend checking:

USB VBUS 5V power and power-switch control
D+/D− routing and pin configuration
USB 48 MHz clock configuration
Placement/alignment of USB Host DMA structures (HCCA/ED/TD) in USB-accessible RAM
