LPC2138FBD64/01,15 compatibility with LPC2138FBD64/01EL

Dear All,

I’m using the microcontroller NXP LPC2138FBD64/01,15 and I discovered that now it’s considered obsolete. I’ve found the alternative LPC2138FBD64/01EL which seems essentially the same but I don’t have the effective visibility which they are totally compatible.

Has anyone any document which explains the difference between these two codes?

Hi, Mattiad,

I think that the LPC2138FBD64/01, 11 and LPC2138FBD64/01, 15 and LPC2138FBD64/01EL are the same, the difference is the package. For the 151 index, the package is TRAY-TRAY, for the 11 index, the package is reel-reel, for the 15, it is TRAY-TRAY single.
