Is there any software for pin selection and assignment for LPC1788 or similar products?

I do not know thatb can I use TFT-LCD and 2 CAN Ports and QEI at the same time,a software will help in checking pin peripheral config.

Software, I don't think there is any.  But it's not too complicated to look at the table in Ch. 7
