LPC1788 RTC backup registers data missing randomly, Although Vbat is available

Hi,

We are using the LPC1788 controller in our applications.

If the power goes out to the controller, we need to hold some information.

For that we are using GPREG0,1 and 2 registers to save the data. We are also using RTC with Vbat(3.2V Coin cell).

But, even if the RTC works well after the power outage, the data stored in the registers is missed sometimes. This issue is occurring randomly.

I would like to help you, so may I know if it is possible, are you using your custom board with LPC1788 or you are using a development board from NXP ? So I can reproduce your issue on our boards and see what is going on, it is too weird that occurs randomly, it comes to my mind that it is a HW issue.
