LPC1769 expresso board with baseboard

Hi,  I am uisng LPC expresso (LPC1769) board, base board and expresso IDE. I download the Free RTOS example and it is workign fine. I need to use RS232(not through USB) -DB9 to communicate to my deveice.

I look at the LPC17xx.cmsis.driver.library and look preety startight forward for bare metal programming,

Q1. Is there any example avaible to use UART0/1/2 driver from above and create a FreeRtos version of the Driver(API) ?

I can not send data to Rs232, LPc1769 + LPC xpresso Baseboard + FreeRTOS
