When I connect my brand new LPC1549 LPCXpresso V2 board, Windows 7 shows it as a USB Mass Storage Device. As a result, I cannot use it with the LPCXpresso IDE. The Debugger, understandably, complains: "No compatible emulators available."

How do I switch back and forth between the mbed Mass Storage Device and LPC-Link configurations? I'd like to be able to switch between using mbed and the LPCXpresso IDE debugger.

The mbed firmware also includes CMSIS-DAP debug probe firmware which LPCXpresso should be able to connect to. But for this to work, you will probably need to install the mbed serial port driver:

http://developer.mbed.org/handbook/Windows-serial-configuration

To disable the mbed functionality (and allow LPCXpresso to boot the board as a redlink debug probe), fit a jumper onto header JP3 of your board before connecting the board to your PC.
