In the doc v2.00a for LPC11xx
lpcopen_docs_v2_00a_11xx/group___c_h_i_p__11_x_x___drivers.html
is a link to GPIO driver for LPC11Cxx
lpcopen_docs_v2_00a_11xx/group___g_p_i_o__11_x_x__2.html
But no driver doc there ...

That's what I mean. The same behaviour e.g. with
