Hi. I've been given a LPC11U68 based design to create a JTAG test for. I cannot get it to be recognised by an XJTAG probe. I have noticed the designer has connected the JTAG TMS signal to the SWDIO pin as the user guide states
SWDIO — Serial Wire Debug I/O. SWDIO is enabled by default on this pin. In boundary scan mode: TMS (Test
Mode Select).
And yet there is a dedicated TMS pin
TMS — Test Mode Select for JTAG interface. In boundary scan mode only.
Could this be the problem? What is different about the TMS function of these pins?
