LPC11U37FBD64/50EL same as /501?

I am looking to use the LPC11U37FBD64/50EL as a drop-in replacement for the LPC11U37FBD64/501. Neither the datasheet nor user manual for the LPC11U3x series mention the /50EL variant.

My main questions are:

  1. Does the /50EL variant have USB bootloader support?
  2. Does the /50EL variant have the 2kB of USB SRAM at 0x20004000?

Hi @znickerson

Thanks for your patience.

" The only difference between 50EL and 501 variants is the packing type:  501 uses single tray, 50EL uses multiple tray'

LPC11U37FBD64/50EL has USB bootloader support, also have the 2kB of USB SRAM ."
