LPC11E1X Transistor size?

I'm using the LPC11E14 in a project and I was just wondering what the transistor process size of this microcontroller is? Is it documented somewhere?

This is not normally something that is publicised. However, I seem to remember that LPC11 is based on 130nm process (LPC18/43 is 90nm). The limiting factor for microcontrollers is flash.
