Hi,
I use the LPC1115 for my custom boards, I read the UserManual and I'm very frustrated on Flash Memory Management... I need to save continuously data on Flash and this is impossibile if every time I need to erase the entire sector and re-program the entire sector... I see that on other family uC there's a function called "EEPROM emulated", there's also on this device?

Unfortunately, that's how the flash is designed.  If you need something like an EEPROM, you may want to look at the 11Exx parts.  Those have actual EEPROM on chip.
