I've noticed with sad that the newest MCUXpresso-IDE release doesn't include support for any microcontroller from the LPC1000 line

I have a custom board featuring the LPC1227FBD48  mcu that I need to program, but I didn't find any library support in the IDE.

LPC1000 is death?

Hi @fjrg76

Yes, LPC12xxx is legacy product, it is out of longevity.

We recommend the MCX series.

Why?

What about recent products from the LPC series, e.g., LPC552x or LPC553x?

Hi @danielholala

Because the MCX series are our new products.

Of course, you can choose LPC552x or LPC553x.
