But due to my LPC4357 board uses an standard VGA output the hardware cursor implementation is required. Can't manage to find anything in the web so wrote my own utility to create / edit cursors for a LPC family.
You can freely use/share/modify(not scrambled C#) it. The program interface is self-described, details of use are inside archive. Only 32x32 size supported.
