We just have the 10 bit ADC offset error and gain error data.
We don't have the 8 bit offset error and gain error data until now.
But I think you can refer to the 10 bit data in the datasheet.
About how to decide or measure the offset error and gain error data, I find a document in chinese may help you, you can refer to it:
