LPC 1768 & LAN 9354 PHY

On a new project we are going to use LAN 9354 Ethernet switch (http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/00001926B.pdf ) along with LwIP. We are using LPC 1768 MCU, is there any reference code for the PHY for this chip or any available sources which is similar to LAN 9354 which can be used in conjunction with LwIP & LPC 1768#
