Issue Encountered While Flashing LPC804 Controller

Dear NXP Support Team,

I am writing to seek assistance with a persistent issue I am encountering while attempting to flash an LPC804 controller. 

I am consistently facing errors during the flashing process.

The error messages I am encountering during the flashing process are ATTACHED BELOW, These messages seem to indicate a problem, but I am having difficulty pinpointing the exact issue.

1. update me if any changes or update in my hardware like what are pins to be in which state while flash

2.I tried to flash (40 + times )and the code flashed 1 time. with some error. i have attached below

3.while flashing i feel like the controller automaticallay reseted

How about testing the "led_blinky" demo under SDK on your board?

1) About hardware, you can refer to schematic of lpcxpresso804 baord:

2) If you don't think it is hardware issue, please take a video or screenshots show detail steps about how to reproduce it.
