IDE for us with LPC1769?

I am trying to figure out how to set up an IDE to work with my LPCXpresso1769 board (also known as OM13085).  I have been trying VS Code with the MCUXpresso plug-in as well as the MCUXpresso IDE.  On MCUXPresso IDE, I am trying to select an SDK to install, but I do not see anything for the LPC1769.

A chat representative suggested I try to install LPCOPEN from <https://www.nxp.com/design/design-center/software/software-library/lpcopen-software-development-plat... but the download links there are broken.

Can you recommend a workflow?  Is the LPC1769 compatible with the VS code MCUXpresso plugin or with MCUXpresso IDE?  Can you point me to a way to download LPCOPEN?

Thank you!
