How can I produce a consistent SRAM PUF reading through multiple power cycles?

The LPC55S69-evk board I am using has the SRAM PUF feature. I am able to display the SRAM PUF readings on the terminal window. I get different PUF readings every time I power cycle the device. How do I get a device-unique and consistent SRAM PUF reading through power-cycles?

Also, If there is a PUF testing software, where can I download it from?
