GPIO Pin details updated in configuration tool, not getting reflected in pin_mux.c of BOARD_Init()

Hi Team ,

I am working with LPC55s69 MCU with MCUXpresso IDE 11.6.0 and SDK too chain 2.12.0.

Attached screenshot for your reference.

We created this project file long back , worked with it and now we wanted add one more GPIO pin as input.  Addition of this GPIO is visible in Pin configuration tool view code. 

But, once the generate code is done, the same thing not reflected in corresponding initialization files.

what exactly the root cause for this?

Thank you for the response.

Yes resolved. In oversight didn't select check box. After selection worked with same IDE and SDK.

Please use the latest SDK v2.15 and latest MCUXpresso v11.9.1.
