I have an NGX LPC4357 xplorer++ board. I need to flash executable on External flash memory using openocd command line.
Is there any steps for flashing. If you know can you you please tell me the steps to flash.

While I have not been successful in flashing a custom board myself (yet), I can tell you that others have been able to flash the Hitex board with SPIFI memory using OpenOCD.

You will need OpenOCD 0.8.0, as OpenOCD 0.7.0 have several problems regarding this.
So first step is to build OpenOCD 0.8.0 from the latest git version.

I plan to try it again later, but unfortunately, I'm too busy to look at this at the moment, however, I think you should know that it's possible. Try searching with Google and also try searching on this forum.
