Error when reselect debugging

I have the same error on 2 different machines (both Kubuntu 18.04 64 bit, MCUXPresso 10.3.1 and SDK for LPC845 Version 2.5.0:

I abort debugging by clicking the red symbol in the upper menu. Then (doing some other things or even not) I click "Debug" in the Quickstart Panel. Then these windows appear on each other (the right one on top):

The window in the middle has these "Details":

Then I have to click "Escape" a few times until all windows have disappeared. Then I can click "Debug" again and it works. Every time.

Whether you can use some screenshots to introduce the complete debug process.
In further, I was wondering if you try to unplug the board, then plug again, before clicking the debug icon. If not, please give a try.

unplugging the board everytime works, but can't be the solution. The problem occurs every time I quit a debug session by clicking the icon at the top (red rectangle in the middle):

Thanks for your reply.
Firstly, I'd like to suggest you reinstall the NXP LPC11Uxx Debug Probe Driver and firmware ( Attachment is the package of firmware and Windows drivers for LPCXpresso boards with an LPC11U35 debug probe.), then try to debug the LPC845 board again.
In addition, whether you encounter the same phenomenon when you use another Linux OS, likes Ubuntu.

Hi,

Debug Probe Driver for Linux is not necessary/possible, I think. I replaced the firmware with dd if=....., but the problem is still there. Another Linux is no option for that reason.

So I fitted JP2 and attached my J-Link EDU. The problem disappeared, it's much much faster and I'm happy.
