I am reviewing the LPC54018J2MET180 microcontroller and noticed that the datasheet and system architecture mention 2MB or 4MB on-chip memory, but this detail is not included in the user manual.

Please confirm the exact on-chip memory size for this part number. Also, is there any special or updated user manual available for this product?

The ​LPC54018J2MET180 is equipped with a 2 MB flash memory, while the ​LPC54018J4MET180 features a 4 MB flash memory.

The flash memory chip used in these devices is manufactured by Winbond, with the part number ​W25Q32JV-DTR.
