Cant connect to my device when running JTAG

Hey, 

Im using JTAG - LPC4370 (LPC-Link Rev B) on my device.
my device is used as server and i connect to it on TCP port 5000

Only when im using the Debugger (through KEIL uvision4) - i cant connect to the device. 

I get "TCP connection timeout" 
i cant even PING to it. ("Destination host unreachable.")

Is there a setting that block the device ?

do you know what can be the reason ?

Hello @Nona 

How about first try to directly use LPC-Link to connect your board with IDE, do not use TCP?

If still can not connect, how about check JTAG hardware:
