Can I put the otp code into the flash programming algorithm?

I have a brand new lpc4330 chip, but my experiment board doesn't control the external dial switch of the boot mode.Now I want to add opt in flash programming algorithm programming section, so that I can run in the flash programming otp fix for spifi program startup mode, there is no need for external dial the code switch my program can be started.I don't know if it's going to work.
