CDC Vcom example with 256 bytes of Data - how?‏

Can someone please tell clearly what changes should be made in order to make cdc vcom example capable of sending and receiving 256 bytes of data?

A sample code snippet is shared but I could not use it due to my lack of knowledge in advanced c and USB communication.

I am using LPC11U34 / 421.
