CAN network problem on LPC4357

Hi
I'm using LPC4357 as a CAN controller and I'm using Kvase PCI CAN card on my PC.
I have applied CAN_Ex1 sample code from keil but Kvaser always show FRAME error on transmit and nothing for receive.(changing of baudrate doesn't have any effect)
in debug mode of lpc4357 I have no any interrupts.

I have tested LPC1768 and it works probably on every baudrates.

would you please tell me what should I do?
