Asymmetric cryptography for Secondary boot loader

Hi All,

I am working on a firmware encryption-decryption solution for my boot loader (for device lpc11u68, 5411x) based on asymmetric cryptography. I have explored different options like NTRU, ECC, mbed TLS etc for this. After going through the pros and cons I am more inclined towards using ECC. But before making the final conclusion I would like to know if there are other better solutions which I have not come across. Also please point me to any ECC source code repo which would be apt for my LPC product.
