Are there FMEDA files available for LPC55SXX?

Hello,

at the moment I'm analyzing different mikrocontrollers and I didn't any FMEDA files or data available for the LPC55S16 or the whole family. Or is this information currently just available for the automotive mikrocontrollers?

Inside the SDK I've found a Class IEC60730B library, but no FIT rates or similiar.

Hi Michael,

I really apologize that you did not receive back information related to your question. 

We do have FIT rate data that we can provide upon request, please do contact me by email (justin.mortimer@nxp.com).

Also, we do have as part of our strategic plan to address Industrial Functional Safety (IEC61508) for these new MCUs, there is more to come in this area within 2021, but as of today, we do have IEC60730 class B enablement for LPC5500 MCU series, among others.

As you said most of our automotive products have FMEDA, but LPC55 doesn't have that .

For LPC55S, we have two 3rd party certifications.

1. SESIP Cerfified:
