About LPCXpresso Compatibility issues.

Whether LPCXpresso supports the lib library files generated by keil, some of our files are encrypted into lib format, which are generated by the keil tool, and at present, calling the relevant lib file will prompt that the function is not defined.

Keil .lib files are not compatible with LPCUXpresso because of different compilers.
