I have reported the lack of both source codes and they tell me that they continue in code license review. Unfortunately they didn't give me a release date. But what you can do is subscribe on the LPC86x page to receive email alerts when the documentation and other design resources are updated.
In the meantime you can refer to the SDK example mc_pmsm (for more detail please refer to MCUXPRESSO-SDK-MOTOR-CONTROL).
