AN10916 - Extended Function Problem L

Hi,
Sorry for the post, I already searched on google but cannot find the solution.

Im working on a project for shcool unexpectedly we need to use an microsd adapter with a filesystem.

I found 2 solutions
ffexample from chan's for  LPC176x and AN10916.

I created a new project from existing makefile. I can start the SSP and card. But cannot used 'extended functions' from monitor.h.

Im using LPC1769 board.
Anyone had this problem?
