We are using the lpc11u68 device.  Using a function generator generating a triangle wave to test the adc, we see an ~8 count jump every 400 counts or so..  The spec indicates the transfer curve should be between 2-3 counts.  We tested two parts with the same performance.  So the adc performance is down to 2^9 with this 8 count error.  Not very good; anyone else seen this performance?

I would guess something is wrong in your setup (e.g. bad input signal, bad timing), but your description is rather vague.
I've done static measurements with 10-bit ADCs in other controllers, and they were quite good.
