ADC Stuck

I have a custom board with LPC54608 mcu. In my application I use 7 inch resistive touch screen. touching detects via adc channels . Sometimes when I power the board ( especially after loading new firmware ) adc channels stuck and no touch can detect. Any idea about this problem ? Is it about hardware or software ? How can I understand the reason of problem ?

Hi,  

You need to start checking,  the power supply to the ADC channels and the resistive touch screen may not be in shape at this moment

My advice would be to start checking if the power it is enough or having any glitch.
