Have you install the related Cortex Microcontroller Software Interface Standard (CMSIS) device packs ?
These packs include things such as memory map information, register definitions and flash programming algorithms.
About the detail information please refer to the DOC:Getting Started with Kinetis SDK (KSDK) v.1.3.pdf
( it under : KSDK_1.3.0\doc ) , the chapter 4 Run a demo using Keil MDK/uVision.
Please refer to this DOC step by step, you can first build one demo under the KSDK , then create one project
by yourself .
