Is lwIP MISRA Compliant MCUXpresso SDK

Hello,

         I have gone through the MCU Xpresso SDK manual. It is stated that the start code and drivers are MISRA compliant. I wanted to ask that whether the optional middle ware(lwIP) is MISRA compliant or not. If it is compliant, then is it 2004 or 2012.The board I am using in FRDM-K64F and my application requires a TCP/IP Stack but also requires MISRA Compliance. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Abdullah Shafiq 

No,  only  code we developed as a part of MCUSDK – drivers and USB stack are MISRA compliant.  3^rd party code such as LWIP is not.
