I was wondering if CMSIS Drivers (Overview) compatible with the frdm-k64f and ksdk 2.0 (Software Development Kit for Kinetis MCUs|NXP ) are available?

CMSIS driver API has not been released in KSDK yet. But implementation is ready and coming soon.
