Running Self-Commisioning Mode from the Command Line

Is it possible to run the self-commissioning user state from the command line to get motor auto-tuning parameters on my own hardware?

Yes.  Check out the Lab Guide.  There is a procedure for doing exactly that in there.  If your hardware can communicate to the KMS GUI, it can still do the complete autotuning on custom hardware.
