    If you want to get some hands on FRDM, you totally can use our SDK code which can be downloaded from this link:

https://mcuxpresso.nxp.com/en/welcome 

   chose your board, generate the code and download it.

  Then open the doc folder in your downloaded package, you will find some get start document, you can refer to it.

  If you still have questions about it, please kindly let me know.

And you need to tell me what the FRDM board you are using.
