new custom board of k64 series controller always showing device is secured cant program although controller is new one. How to solve this issue?

We have developed new custom board with MK64FN1M0VLL12 controller but it is showing controller is secure whenever we try to program although controller is solder new one received from company and not used before. 

Why this is happening and how to solve this issue?

Hi,

Sorry, do not know why this issue had been un-touched so long time...

For your issue, this is normal. When customer using a debugger to connect the K64, this will reset the K64 and caused the K64 been secured. You may follow this post to know why this happen and how to un-secure it.
