mke04z128 spi message receiving problem

I am using mke04z128 and mke04z64 for different projects. I am driving ft810 graphic controller via SPI. mke04z64 spi module is working and messages are coming but mke04z128 spi module is not working with same code and same spi configiration. Messages are not coming. I am using codewarrion and processorexpert. what are your recommendations in this regard.

    As I know mke04z128 and mke04z64 have the same SPI IP. Do you try to run the mke04z64 project in your mke04z128 directly, whether it works or not?

   Please also let me know your chip maskset number, is it the same on the both chip?

   BTW, in your mke04z128 SPI, when the problem happens, do you test the SPI wave, is the SPI bus wave correct or not?  In the CW project, please also disable the code optimization, then try it again, any updated information?
