k65 HSRUN to RUN

Im using the K65 in HSRUN mode (180mhz)

I need to write configuration data to a sector of flash

so for a short time I need to switch out of HSRUN to slower clock speed in order to erase /program the flash

where do I find description and examples?

Please refer KSDK V1.3 [power_manager_hal_demo] demo, which shows how to change working mode from HSRUN to RUN mode. The default demo path is :

C:\Freescale\KSDK_1.3.0\examples\twrk65f180m\demo_apps\power_manager_hal_demo
