k64 sram User use area?

What address space can I use on my MK64FN1M0VDC12 can use without bricking my board??  (Apparently I should not have started writing stuff at 0x1FFF0000)   :-(

The available RAM space is mentioned in the Reference Manual:

However, disregarding of memory range, there is no way you can brick your device by writing to any address. Why do you think it is bricked?

Hmmmmm,

That is the address we came up with and are using. There must be something else going on then.
