Hi Kisoo,
The K20 generator USB-CDC connectivity has only been tested under MS-Windows 7, this generator can be interfaced via the dedicated USB connector to a PC running the FreeMASTER GUI application but please notice that the supported operating systems by FreeMASTER are Windows XP to through Windows 8 32/64bit.
So we can't guarantee that the USB-CDC driver or FreeMASTER will work on Windows 10.
