To develop FRDM-K64F, you can use CodeWarrior or KDS as IDE.
CodeWarrior can be downloaded from:

And we also supplied SDK package to speed the development:

FRDM-K64F integrated OpenSDA on it, so user does not need to purchase an emulator since both CodeWarrior and KDS supports OpenSDA. You can also select the emulators as below:
1) P&E USB Multilink Universal and USB Multilink Universal FX debug adapters
