hi i am using frdm k20dm128 board i want use flexnvm as eeprom so plz reply if  any buddy have source code or any detail.

From your comment I assume the board is a FRDM-K20D50M. The MCU on-board is a MK20DX128VLH5. You can download the C90TFS flash driver from this link:

http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/software/C90TFS_FLASH_DRIVER.exe

Then once installed you will find an example for MK20DX128xxx5 in this path:

"...\Standard_Software_Driver_v1.03\C90TFS\Demos\build\MK20DX128xxx5"
