I am starting to bring up the HS USB controller on the MK66 processor.

On page 1580 of the K66 reference manual it refers to the Enhance Host Controller interface (EHCI) specification.

It even gives a link to an Intel site.

Bottom line: the link to the Intel site bumps you to some generic support page. I have scoured the Intel site, USB.org, and the web in general and have not been able to find this specification.

Does anyone have a link to it that they can provide.

Regards

-Ray

Hello Ray,

It is probably the document that RM wanted to refer to: http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/technical-specifications/ehci-specificat...

As Mark already said, you can get a project with USB HS functionality without this document, there are several examples for USB HS Device and USB HS Host in KSDK 2.0 for FRDM-K66F board:  Software Development Kit for Kinetis MCUs|NXP . You can give a look to these examples.

I hope this can help you!

Regards,

Isaac

Hi Ray

I also followed the link recently (from the K61 manual) and did find something but it turned out to be of little interest. It is possible to complete HS USB Kinetis work (ground up development to approved products) without this if you are working only as a device (you didn't specify whether you want device, host or OTG operation).

Regards

Mark
